Kurkure Consulting Services LLP (“KCS”, “we”, “our” or “us”) respects the privacy of individuals who visit our website, communicate with us, respond to our advertisements, submit enquiries or otherwise interact with KCS.
This Privacy Policy explains how KCS may collect, use, store, process, disclose and protect personal data in connection with our website, consulting activities, business-development activities, digital advertising and professional communications.
This Policy should be read together with any specific privacy notice, consent statement, consulting agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreement or other contractual provision applicable to a particular interaction or engagement.
1. ABOUT KCS
Kurkure Consulting Services LLP is a management consulting and professional-services organisation providing services including business management and operations consulting, business-process improvement, supply-chain and inventory management, manufacturing excellence, IT/ERP/AMS advisory, digital transformation, organisational development, training, mentoring and related advisory services.
KCS primarily interacts with business owners, promoters, founders, CEOs, CXOs, managers, employees, professionals, vendors and organisations.
Where KCS determines the purpose and manner in which personal data is processed, KCS may act as a Data Fiduciary under applicable Indian data-protection law.
2. WHERE THIS POLICY APPLIES
This Privacy Policy applies when you interact with KCS through channels including our website, telephone, email, WhatsApp, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Meta Lead Forms, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, webinars, workshops, business events, consultation sessions, diagnostic discussions, proposals and other legitimate professional interactions.
It may also apply to information received during the course of an existing or proposed consulting engagement, subject to any more specific contractual confidentiality or data-protection terms applicable to that engagement.
3. PERSONAL DATA WE MAY COLLECT
Depending on your interaction with KCS, we may collect information such as your name, professional or personal email address, mobile or telephone number, WhatsApp number, company or organisation name, designation, city or business location and professional contact details.
We may also collect business-related information that you voluntarily provide, such as your industry, approximate organisation size, turnover band, number of employees, business challenges, areas of interest, consulting requirements, project requirements, expected timelines or other information required to understand your enquiry.
Communications with KCS may also contain personal data, including information contained in emails, WhatsApp messages, enquiry forms, consultation notes, meeting requests, feedback, survey responses and proposal discussions.
Please do not provide passwords, banking credentials, card information, government identification numbers, medical information or other unnecessary highly confidential personal information through general KCS enquiry or advertising forms.
4. GOOGLE ADS AND GOOGLE LEAD FORMS
KCS may use Google Ads to promote its consulting, advisory, diagnostic, training and professional services.
When you interact with a KCS advertisement, Google may process information relating to the advertisement or your interaction with it according to Google's own terms, privacy practices and account settings.
Google Ads Lead Forms
Where KCS uses a Google Ads Lead Form, you may voluntarily provide information such as your name, business email address, telephone or mobile number, company name, designation, business requirement or responses to business-related questions.
Information received by KCS through a Google Ads Lead Form may be used to understand your requirement, respond to your enquiry, contact you regarding the service you requested, arrange a consultation, conduct an initial business discussion, provide relevant information, prepare a proposal or quotation and appropriately follow up on your enquiry.
Submitting a KCS Google Ads Lead Form means that you are requesting KCS to contact you concerning that enquiry. Depending on the contact details supplied, KCS may respond by telephone, email or WhatsApp.
Submitting an enquiry does not by itself create a consulting-client relationship.
Google may separately process and temporarily retain information submitted through its advertising platform according to Google's own applicable policies.
5. GOOGLE ADS CONVERSION MEASUREMENT AND REMARKETING
KCS may use Google Ads conversion measurement, advertising tags or similar technologies to understand whether advertising results in website visits, enquiries or other relevant actions.
Depending upon the technology enabled, information processed may include device information, browser information, advertisement or campaign identifiers, referral information, website interactions, approximate location and related technical information.
KCS does not intend to transmit names, telephone numbers, email addresses or other directly identifying personal information to Google through ordinary webpage URLs or standard advertising tags.
If KCS uses an advertising feature designed to process first-party customer information, such as an enhanced-conversion or customer-matching feature, KCS will seek to use that feature only where appropriate rights, permissions, notices or consents exist and in accordance with applicable law and platform requirements.
KCS may also use remarketing or audience-measurement functionality where legally and technically appropriate.
6. META, FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM
KCS may advertise through Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
If you submit information through a Facebook or Instagram Lead Form or Instant Form, KCS may receive information that you voluntarily provide, including your name, telephone number, email address, organisation, designation, location, business challenge or service requirement.
KCS may use that information to respond to your enquiry, contact you regarding the advertised service, understand your requirement, arrange a consultation, provide requested information and follow up concerning relevant KCS services.
Where Meta Pixel or similar advertising technology is enabled, website-interaction information may also be used for advertising measurement, conversion tracking, campaign optimisation or remarketing, subject to applicable requirements.
KCS does not sell Meta Lead Form information to data brokers or unrelated organisations for their independent marketing purposes.
7. LINKEDIN
KCS may use LinkedIn for professional networking, content, advertising and business development.
When you interact with KCS on LinkedIn or submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, LinkedIn may process information under its own privacy practices.
Information received by KCS may be used to respond to your enquiry, understand your organisation's requirements, arrange a discussion, register you for an event or webinar, provide requested information or prepare a relevant consulting proposal.
8. WHATSAPP, EMAIL AND TELEPHONE
KCS may use WhatsApp, email and telephone for professional communications.
When you contact KCS through these channels, we may retain your contact information, messages, documents voluntarily supplied and relevant information concerning your enquiry or engagement.
These channels may be used for responding to enquiries, scheduling meetings, sharing requested information, proposal discussions, project communication and other legitimate business purposes.
You may ask KCS to discontinue non-essential promotional communications at any time.
9. WEBSITE, COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
When you use the KCS website, certain information may be collected automatically by the website platform or related service providers.
This may include IP address or information derived from it, browser type, operating system, device type, approximate location, referring source, pages visited, session timing, campaign parameters and website-interaction information.
KCS may use Google Analytics or similar services to understand website traffic, improve website content, measure campaign performance, identify technical issues and improve user experience.
The website or third-party services may use cookies and similar technologies for website functionality, security, analytics, preferences and advertising measurement.
Where consent is legally required for particular non-essential technologies, KCS will seek to implement appropriate consent mechanisms as applicable.
Visitors may also control or delete cookies through their browser or device settings, although restricting cookies may affect certain website functionality or measurement.
10. HOW KCS USES PERSONAL DATA
KCS may process personal data for legitimate and lawful purposes connected with responding to enquiries, understanding business requirements, arranging meetings, conducting consultations, preparing proposals, delivering agreed services, managing client relationships, conducting webinars or training programmes, communicating relevant professional information, improving website performance, measuring advertising effectiveness, maintaining business records, protecting information systems and complying with legal or regulatory requirements.
KCS seeks to collect only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
11. CONSENT AND LAWFUL PROCESSING
KCS processes personal data only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable law.
Depending upon the circumstances, processing may occur based on your consent, information voluntarily supplied by you for a specified purpose, certain legitimate uses recognised under applicable law, performance of activities requested by you, compliance with contractual or legal obligations or another basis permitted by applicable law.
Where processing depends upon consent, you may withdraw your consent subject to applicable law.
Where required by applicable law, KCS will seek to provide a clear notice explaining the personal data being requested and the purpose for which it is required.
Specific enquiry forms or advertising forms may contain shorter privacy or consent notices that supplement this Privacy Policy.
12. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
KCS may occasionally provide information concerning relevant consulting services, business programmes, webinars, events, professional insights or related offerings where such communication is permitted.
KCS does not intend to send indiscriminate or unrelated marketing communications.
You may request discontinuation of promotional communications by replying to the relevant communication, informing KCS through WhatsApp or contacting KCS using the privacy contact details below.
An opt-out from promotional communication will not prevent KCS from sending communications reasonably required for an existing enquiry, engagement, contract, transaction or legal obligation.
13. SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA
KCS does not sell or rent personal data to unrelated third parties.
Information may, however, be processed by technology or professional service providers reasonably necessary for KCS's operations. These may include website and cloud-platform providers, Google services, email services, analytics providers, advertising platforms, CRM or communication tools, WhatsApp, video-conferencing providers, scheduling services, accounting services and IT or cybersecurity providers.
KCS may also disclose information where necessary to deliver an agreed service, where authorised by the individual or organisation concerned, to professional advisors, to protect legal rights, to comply with applicable law or lawful governmental requirements, or in connection with a legitimate restructuring or transfer of the business subject to applicable safeguards.
Third-party platforms may also process information independently according to their own privacy policies and terms.
14. CONSULTING AND CLIENT INFORMATION
During consulting assignments, KCS may receive business information and personal data concerning client employees, customers, vendors, contractors or other stakeholders.
Such information may be governed by consulting agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, confidentiality provisions, client instructions, information-security requirements and applicable law.
Where an engagement agreement imposes stricter confidentiality or data-protection requirements than this general Privacy Policy, the applicable contractual requirements will govern that engagement.
KCS seeks to use client information only for authorised engagement-related purposes.
15. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND DIGITAL TOOLS
KCS may use digital and artificial-intelligence-enabled tools to assist with research, analysis, productivity, document preparation and business operations.
KCS seeks to avoid providing unnecessary personal information or confidential client information to publicly accessible AI systems.
Where confidential or personal information is processed through an external technology service, KCS will seek to consider confidentiality, access, contractual, security and data-protection requirements appropriate to the circumstances.
KCS does not intend to make significant decisions concerning individuals solely through automated processing without appropriate human consideration where such consideration is required.
16. DATA RETENTION
KCS does not intend to retain personal information indefinitely.
Personal information will generally be retained only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate business, contractual, accounting, legal, security or regulatory requirements.
As a general internal guideline, inactive prospective-client or enquiry records may be reviewed for deletion or anonymisation approximately 24 months after the last meaningful business interaction, unless continued retention is reasonably necessary or permitted.
Active-client information may be retained throughout the engagement and for an appropriate period thereafter.
Accounting, invoice, contractual and statutory records may be retained for periods required by applicable law.
Marketing opt-out information may be retained where necessary to ensure that the person's opt-out preference continues to be respected.
KCS may delete or anonymise information earlier where it is no longer necessary.
17. DATA SECURITY
KCS seeks to implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information processed.
Such safeguards may include access controls, password protection, multi-factor authentication where available, restricted access, appropriate cloud platforms, device security, controlled document sharing, backups and confidentiality practices.
KCS also expects service providers processing personal data on its behalf to maintain appropriate safeguards consistent with their role and applicable requirements.
No electronic transmission or information-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. KCS therefore cannot guarantee absolute security but will take reasonable measures appropriate to the circumstances.
18. PERSONAL DATA BREACHES
If KCS becomes aware of a personal-data breach affecting data for which KCS is responsible, KCS will take appropriate steps to investigate the incident, contain it, mitigate potential harm, restore security and maintain appropriate records.
Where notification to affected individuals, governmental authorities, the Data Protection Board of India or another authority is required by applicable law, KCS will make the required notifications in accordance with the applicable requirements.
19. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Subject to applicable law, individuals may have rights concerning personal data held by KCS, including rights to request information about processing, correction of inaccurate information, completion of incomplete information, updating of information, erasure of eligible data, withdrawal of consent, grievance redressal and nomination or other statutory rights that become applicable.
You may also request that KCS discontinue eligible promotional communications.
KCS may take reasonable steps to verify the identity of a person making a privacy request before acting upon the request.
Privacy requests will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
20. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
KCS is a business-to-business professional-services organisation. Its website, consulting services and advertising activities are not directed at children under 18 years of age.
KCS does not knowingly seek personal data concerning children through general website enquiries, Google Ads Lead Forms, Meta Lead Forms, LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms or other business-development activities.
If KCS becomes aware that such information has been inadvertently collected, KCS will take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable law.
21. CROSS-BORDER PROCESSING
Some third-party technology, cloud, communication or advertising providers used by KCS may operate infrastructure or support services outside India.
Accordingly, certain information may be processed or stored outside India.
KCS will seek to use reputable providers and comply with applicable restrictions concerning cross-border processing or transfer of personal data.
22. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The KCS website and communications may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube and other business applications.
When you interact directly with such services, their own privacy terms may apply.
KCS is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party platforms.
23. COMPLIANCE WITH INDIAN DATA-PROTECTION LAW
KCS intends to process personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, to the extent their respective provisions are applicable and in force from time to time, and other applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
KCS may update its procedures as India's data-protection framework continues to be implemented.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to restrict any statutory right available to an individual under applicable law.
