Kurkure Consulting Services LLP (KCS) was born from a simple but powerful observation: the methods, discipline and tools that transform large enterprises are rarely accessible to the MSME owner who is fighting daily fires.
Founded by Rajesh Kurkure, a Six Sigma Black Belt and seasoned management consultant with over 27 years of experience across TATA, Larsen & Toubro, Birla and KPIT, KCS carries the DNA of both shop-floor operations and enterprise IT. Over nearly three decades, Rajesh led and supported transformation programmes across Manufacturing, Retail, Oil & Gas and Medical Devices, working in India as well as in Norway, Denmark, Sweden, France and the Baltic countries. His assignments consistently focused on reducing work volumes, lowering production costs, improving quality and optimizing capacity and supply chains.
Across geographies and industries, one pattern remained constant:
While large organizations invested heavily in systems, processes and analytics, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) were often left to manage growth with limited structure, limited visibility and limited specialist support.
KCS was born to close this gap.
